About
Welcome to Sicily, a gem of an Italian pizzeria nestled in the vibrant heart of Belgravia, London. Located at 2a Elizabeth Street, SW1W 9RB, Sicily manages to encapsulate the warmth and heady aromas of Italian cuisine in a cozy yet lively atmosphere.
Sicily is not just another pizzeria; it’s an experience. Whether you're popping in for a delightful pasta dish or sharing one of their exceptional pizzas, this restaurant caters to every craving. The laid-back ambiance, paired with its capability to host groups and families, makes it a perfect spot for casual gatherings. The option for outdoor seating adds a sprinkle of charm, particularly on sunny days.
One standout feature of Sicily is their commitment to inclusivity. With numerous vegetarian options, a full bar, and a casual dress code, there's something for everyone. Families will appreciate the restaurant’s kid-friendly vibe, while groups can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Happy Hour specials. Plus, dogs are welcome, making it an ideal hangout for pet lovers.
Customer reviews speak volumes about what to expect. Sean G. found the atmosphere cozy and the prices reasonable, while Vincent L. was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Italian fare, noting it competes favorably with what he experienced back in New York City. The reviews highlight that the pizza not only arrived promptly but was also utterly delicious, with a special mention from Howard S. regarding the friendly service.
However, it’s not without its quirks; the lively environment tends to get a bit noisy, which may not be everyone’s cup of tea. David F. pointed out an intense garlic pasta variety—definitely for spice lovers! But, regardless of the minor inconveniences, patrons like Lynn Z. left impressed, raving about dishes like the “rustichelle alfredo pollo e funghi,” which tasted perfectly balanced.
Indeed, Sicily embodies the essence of Italian dining – vibrant, rich, and satisfying. If you're exploring London's culinary scene or simply looking for a venue that brings people together over excellent pizza and pasta, make sure to stop by Sicily. It promises to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

“ Coming from new york city I was very skeptical of italian food in London but u was pleasantly surprised! ”
“ This is a really good Italian restaurant. Service was prompt and friendly and the pizza we shared was excellent. It came promptly and was delicious. The only downside of the place was that it was somewhat noisy. Other than that, I'd go back again when I'm in London for lunch or dinner. ”
“ Tasty, looking good, service is okay. My daughter ordered the pasta with garlic. It said it was spicy, but it should say very very spicy. The inside is okay. ”
“ Its my first time in london and i went around asking what was a recommended restaurant i should go to and i was to sicily. i went there and i ordered the "rustichelle alfredo pollo è funghi" and it was a suprise! the flavor was just right not to flavory and not to bland. i didnt have to wait long for the food and the service was great. ”
“ We visited London for a few days and saw this place and thought we would get a quick bite to eat. I had no idea I would be eating the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life. The service was amazing with the waitress and waiter being incredibly fast. The owner was there and he is one of the nicest men I have ever met. The inside and outside of the restaurant was decorated very nicely and it was very clean. If you're ever in london go eat at Sicily. You will not be disappointed and you will be glad you went! ”
“ Absolutely wonderful! What a fun, yummalicious dinner! Service was very friendly and the food was A-MA-ZING! Really wished we lived here, we'd be here all the time! ”
“ Traveled to London from San Francisco, Ca our hotel was down the street and we stumbled in for lunch, dinner the next night and dinner and a toast a couple days later on our last night. If I ever come back to London I will make certain to come back here again! Amazing food and incredible staff! Thank you so very much!! ”
“ We had just come off a tour bus and Sicily was in walking distance. We didn't have a reservation but thankfully they were able to seat us right away. It's a really nice and spacious place inside. At about 7 pm on a Sunday night a man came to play the piano. So it was very nice listening to live music while we enjoyed our dinner. Please expect to spend some time here because just like any other European restaurant they take there time. You're meant to sit and enjoy your food and company. Pretty much most places I've visited in Europe are this way. So if you want the check you'll have to ask for it which is nice because you don't feel rushed. My husband and I split the arancini and the pizza piccante. Both were absolutely delicious and we were both very full. I did manage to fit some dessert in my belly. I chose to get the cheesecake which is made in house and the flavor changes everyday. Mine was a vanilla cheesecake with raspberry sauce. This I did not share... well I allowed my husband to have a tiny bite. I'm not a huge cheesecake person but wow. This cheesecake was spectacular. I wish I had ordered like four more of them. Definitely worth a try and it's also fun listening to the chefs in the kitchen speaking Italian. Reminds me of when I was in Italy. ”
